SCCA's Scholarship Committee annually offers assistance to worthy students looking at our industry as their future. |

PURPOSE The purpose of the SCCA Scholarship Fund, funded by the Construction Industry Advancement Funds, is to encourage and assist engineering and construction oriented students to pursue careers in Engineering/Construction at accredited schools. ELIGIBILITY Scholarship awards are available to employees and sons or daughters of any employee or principal of a member firm, who reside within the Counties of Southern California, (Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Inyo, Mono, Imperial, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern) and San Diego. APPLICATION Applications are mailed to all Full Member Firms in the month of May. If you need additional forms, please email Evita Campos at SCCA. Prior to June 15, 2008, submit the application to: SCCA SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE TRANSCRIPTS Advise your high school/college that you have applied for
an SCCA Scholarship, and request that your final high school transcript,
including College Entrance Examination Board (SAT's) test results be sent to the
address above. Awards announcements will be sent to the scholarship winners and presented at our Scholarship Awards Banquet, August 9 at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim. This year’s Awards Banquet will feature a special opportunity drawing to help fund the Association’s Scholarship Endowment Program—with one $20 ticket you could win a big screen TV, a week at Tahoe’s Summit Village, or a briefcase full of cash!
