Larry Nodland
President

A second generation contractor, Larry is president of Nobest, Inc., one of the Association's leading companies in the area of municipal maintenance. He is providing leadership for SCCA by leading our strategic planning effort this year. Larry has been active in working with the Legislative Committee and was chairman of the Industry Funds Committee for 2008.

Charles Rasmussen Vice President	Charlie Rasmussen is another second generation owner, but he didn't start out that way. A veteran of the Vietnam War, Charlie worked his way up the ranks at C. A. Rasmussen, one of our larger excavating and grading companies, handling virtually every job in the company. The company recently celebrated opening a new facility in the Santa Clarita area that will be the home for the next several decades...and generation of Rasmussens in southern California's construction industry.
Curtis Farrow Secretary	The words Next Generation jump to the tongue when talking about this new leader for our Association. Curtis has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the past several year and served as a member of the Finance and Legislative Committees. He is President of Les Farrow Excavating and Grading in Fountain Valley.
Pete Rasic Treasurer	The fourth of our officers who is the second generation leader of his family's business, Pete is President of W. A. Rasic, one of the largest utility contractors in the western U. S Pete currently serves on the Finance Committee as well as part of our strategic planning team.
Seth Hammond Immediate Past President	Seth Hammond is president of Specialty Crane & Rigging, headquartered in Goleta. He has also served as President of the Mobile Crane Operators Group, an organization of truck crane operators represented by SCCA. Seth continues to use his years of experience in dealing with the California Air Resources Board, to benefit our members
