Seth Hammond
President

Seth Hammond is president of Specialty Crane & Rigging, headquartered in Goleta. He also served as President of the Mobile Crane Operators Group, an organization of truck crane operators represented by SCCA. Now, as President, Seth will be putting his experience to work for all members of the association. Included in that experience is years of effort in dealing with the California Air Resources Board.

Larry Nodland Vice President	A second generation contractor, Larry is president of Nobest, Inc., one of the Association's leading companies in the area of municipal maintenance. Larry has been active in working with the Legislative Committee and is chairman of the Industry Funds committee for 2008.
Charles Rasmussen Secretary	Charlie Rasmussen is another second generation owner, but he didn't start out that way. A veteran of the Vietnam War, Charlie worked his way up the ranks at C. A. Rasmussen, one of our larger excavating and grading companies, handling virtually every job in the company. The company recently celebrated the grand opening of a new facility in the Santa Clarita are that will be the home for the next several decades.
Curtis Farrow Treasurer	The words Next Generation jump to the tongue when talking about this new leader for our Association. Curtis has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the past four year and is also a member of the Legislative Committee. He is chief estimator and vice president of Les Farrow Excavating and Grading in Fontana
David Elsberry President	David Elsberry went to work as an operator for C. W. Poss, in 1979 and four years later, joined other firms, working as a foreman then up the ladder as his skills were honed by progressive promotions. In 1985, he started his own company, known today as L. T. Engineering of Laguna Nigel.
