For 34 years our publications have helped SCCA reach these goals:

  • Promote the competitive bid system;

  • Support reasonable and practical construction industry legislation;

  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in construction activity and

  • Educate the industry on the benefits of using union contractors.

Our publications are circulated to the entire SCCA membership, plus other union engineering, excavating, grading, drilling, highway and similar contractors, as well as suppliers of goods, equipment and services to these contractors. Additional copies are sent to government officials involved in construction including legislators, public works officials, and inspectors.
