Contract Administration: How to Preserve Your Claim Rights During Construction

The purpose for this seminar is to provide information on ways to practically preserve claim rights from bid contract formation throught the close-out of a project. Some examples of a few topic areas that will be covered are:

  • Segregation Disputed and Undisputed Claims During Construction
  • Documentation: The Lifeblood of a Successful Claim

Mouzis, Chairperson of SCCA's Legal Committee and University Committee member, and Managing Partner of The Mouzis Law Firm, APC with in excess of 37 years of law practice including the prosecution of construction contract claims on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers on public and private works of improvement. 

-Gene Rogers, PE, President of Summit Consulting International, with in excess of 35 years of construction-related experience in project management, estimating, schedule development, and in preparing and defending construction schedule delay claims and loss of productivity.
