Caltrans Updates on WPCP and SWPPP

The Caltrans Division of Construction has completed their update to the WPCP and SWPPP templates.  These templates are new and improved with increased functionality and usability.  The new features include:

  • Spell Check

  • Undo/Redo Buttons

  • Conversion from Imperial to English units

  • Section 500 BMP checklists (formally Attachment C) added and linked to the cost breakdown table (formally attachment O)

  • Automated creation of Attachment B cover sheet with list of selected BMP’s and symbols

  • Signature block function

  • Addition of a Local Agency signature block

  • Simplification of the WPCP template

A new SWPPP and WPCP amendment form that is separate from the template also available. Here is the web link for your use.
