Legal Committee
Share |

The Southern California Contractors Association has comprised a Legal Committee in which several of our member firms are actively participating to update members on current rulings and court decisions, provide materials that are beneficial to those involved with our industry, assist our legislative committee with creating language and reviewing proposed legislation, and advising our Contractor Members. You will find several tools, resources and articles on this page, along with articles within SCCA’s bi-monthly magazine.

Our Legal Committee is open to all member firms and our meetings currently take place bi-monthly on the 3rd Thursday of Month. The meeting is held via conference call and in person at SCCA’s Office.

Additionally, SCCA’s Legal Committee offers our members the opportunity to ask different firms that have specialized areas of law questions or advise on situations that might currently be effecting your company. Please fill out the form below and your question will be distributed to three different firms within SCCA’s membership. Please allow at least 48 hours for each of these firms to reach out to you to assist you with your question or area of concern.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Alicia Di Santo at 657-223-0804 or via email at adisanto@sccaweb.org.
